Dietetics:
Initial consultation (1hr): $240 (Senior Dietitian) or $185 (Dietitian)
Review consultation (30 min): $130 (Senior Dietitian) or $95 (Dietitian)
Physiotherapy:
Initial assessment: $165 (1hr), $150 (45 mins)
Review consultation: $135 (45 mins) or $120 (30 mins)
